This picture started as an insomnia-driven procrastination doodle (or idea, at least). You see, I often watch Sean "Day[9]" Plott's dailies and other exploits while I vector. Day[9] is actually the thing that re-kindled the passion for StarCraft that was quenched by masses of zerglings in Brood War.

I'm not a good player, but I try to be better. Or at least I just Johnson around.

And just as Day[9] sometimes does, I got side-tracked and began filling the poor image with various Easter eggs and little details, but the basic structure still holds.
There is Though Hammer, or perhaps the Thoughthammer, using his puppet to perform one of his numerous dailies.

Just go to day9.tv and see what's up. If you want less analysis and more fun, look for "Funday Monday" - there's plenty entertainment right there, even if you've never seen SCII in your entire life.
And if you are a beginner player, check out "Newbie Tuesday."

I think I missed a joke about Sean's plot somewhere.
I will personally grant a lama each person that spots a previously undiscovered Easter egg.

Just remember - there's nothing to it, Day[9] made me do it.

Psychological horror is good, gore for gore is just crude and unnecessary. Shock horror is just silly.
But I guess some horror fics can build on the fact that the combination of horror themes and ponies will shock you while not having to resort to jump scares. But that could fall under the psychological horror, just more meta, I guess.
I don't think I've seen a really good pony horror picture. Read a few stories, played a game or two, but the pictures are usually just gore, fic illustrations or plain garbage.

Hmm, Interesting

For me horror is an entity, not I sense of physical but more towards mental or emotional.

For most people, when they hear/See 'Horror' they think Fear.

But, In all honesty horror itself relys on so much more, Fear, Hate, Anger, Sadnes, and even something not emotional bound.

Very seldom have I read something that effectively blends in the mind bending, thought tearing realism that would come from a horror, perhaps it's because of one demensional views... Many see it as Psychological, Survival, Hack and slash, Cosmic

But in the end it's... The same thing 'Horror' the epitome for showing the most basic of emotions, the key to reveal what actually make a person think, the object that decides fates for the strong and the weak.

Anywho... I think I'm rambling, doubt you really wanted to read that anyways

Would you be willing to check out something for me, for the purpose of me expanding my abilities?
